Heart attack victim on interstate shoulder revived

MARION COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A man was saved by good Samaritans and real-life heroes earlier this week.  

Police officers in Ocala, Florida on Tuesday found a man having a heart attack on the shoulder of Interstate 75, but they were not the first ones to get there.  Several drivers had already pulled over and began administering CPR.  With the help of a defibrillator, the man's life was saved.
