TV meteorologist among 2 killed in Idaho plane crash
EMMETT, Idaho - A broadcast meteorologist from a local Idaho television news station was one of two people killed in a plane crash earlier this week.

According to the Gem County Sheriff’s Office, two men were killed Tuesday morning after a small plane crashed into the Payette River in Gem County.
Deputies were dispatched at approximately 10:58 a.m. local time to the jet ski park turnout west of Montour after receiving reports of a plane crash.
Preliminary information indicates the aircraft clipped a power line before crashing onto ice in the river.
Both male occupants of the plane were fatally injured in the crash, officials said.
