Inmate death at Wilco Jail sparks Texas Rangers investigation

Texas Rangers are investigating the death of an inmate at the Williamson County Jail.

Officials say 49-year-old Ray Steven was found unresponsive during cell checks Saturday. Officers attempted to revive him but weren't successful.

An autopsy has been ordered.
