Motorcyclist killed in accident in East Austin
One person is dead following a car accident in East Austin.
According to the Austin Police Department, police officers were dispatched to the intersection of Comal Street and East 7th Street on Sunday, October 29, 2017 shortly after 6 p.m. for a car accident involving a car and a motorcycle.
Paramedics with ATCEMS transported the motorcyclist to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries where he later died. The driver and passenger of the vehicle were also taken to the hospital. According to APD, both are in stable condition.
The Austin Police Department is currently investigating to determine what led up to the crash.
