Ohio woman leads cops on chase because she was late to work
An Ohio woman told police that she led them on a high-speed chase because she was late for work.
The woman was driving a minivan. Police say she failed to stop for a trooper who tried to pull her over for false plates and tinted windows.
The woman ramming several police vehicles in her attempt to flee. Eventually, the chase came to an end when a trooper used his vehicle to force the minivan off of the road.
While being arrested, officers asked the woman what she was doing. She replied, “I was going to work.”
The woman has not been officially charged yet, but she is facing charges of assaulting a police officer while also being cited for tinted windows, not wearing a seat belt and driving while her license was under suspension.
