Police investigate East Austin shooting
Austin police are investigating its second overnight shooting in as many days. It happened just before midnight in the 4500 block of Nixon Lane.
Police say a Hispanic man, believed to be in his 30s, was shot and taken to UMC Brackenridge with life threatening injuries.
No suspect is in custody but police believe it is an isolated incident.
