• More federal judicial experience than any Supreme Court nominee in history
• Led the investigation and prosecution that brought Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh to justice
• Confirmed to the D.C. Circuit Court by the U.S. Senate in a strong, bipartisan vote of 76-23
• Has tutored elementary school children in reading and math for almost 20 years.
