Round Rock police search for suspected con artist

The Round Rock Police Department is searching for a man they say collected thousands of dollars while posing as a contractor.
Police say 49-year-old Daniel James Bein Jr. was terminated from an area roofing company as a sub-contractor in October 2017. Afterward Bein continued to represent himself as a contractor for the company. Police say he collected thousands for repairs that were never completed.
The suspect is described as being 5'11'', 200 lbs. and having green eyes with brown hair.
