Suspects sought in violent knife-point robbery in South Philadelphia

Police are looking to track down two men who they say attacked and robbed a man at knifepoint in South Philadelphia earlier this month.

The incident occurred back on August 15 around 3:15 a.m. on the 400 block of Dickinson Street.

Police say the 29-year-old victim was attacked by two suspects who had approached him from behind. During the attack, the victim was thrown to the ground and one of the suspects then pulled out a knife and demanded the victim’s valuables.

The suspects took the victim’s wallet, which contained credit cards, a debit card, insurance card and just $2. Both suspects were last seen heading south on 5th Street towards Tasker Street.

Police have described the suspects as two white males.
