SWAT call shuts down streets in Pflugerville
PFLUGERVILLE, Texas - Travis County sheriff's deputies shut down streets in a Pflugerville neighborhood Thursday afternoon for a SWAT call.
Deputies say at 12:30 p.m. a man called 9-1-1 to request a welfare check for his wife.
When deputies arrived to the home off Rowe Lane and the 130 toll, they heard two shots from inside the house.
Two hours later, they went in and found a woman with injuries to her abdomen.
She was taken to a local hospital.
She was alert and talking when transported.
