SXSW Crash suspect Rashad Owens back in court

The man accused of killing 4 people and injuring more than 20 more during 2014's South by South West music festival was in court today.
Owens is charged with 24 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of Capital Murder.
The 23-year-old made a very brief appearance before Travis County District Judge Cliff Brown this morning.
The judge scheduled Owens final pre-trial hearing for October 15th.
Jury selection for Rashad’s trial is scheduled to begin October 26th, and testimony is expected to begin November 2nd.
