Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitive wanted for trafficking captured in Houston

A man on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive list has been captured in Houston, says the Texas Department of Public Safety. 

20-year-old fugitive, Willie James Brumfield was captured on February 27. He was wanted for trafficking of a child, compelling prostitution, aggravated robbery with a dangerous weapon and evading arrest. 

Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force, including TxDPS special agents, located and arrested Brumfield near an apartment complex in southwest Houston.

Brumfield was wanted since March of 2018 after he left his last known address in Houston. The arrest was the result of several Crime Stoppers tips and according to TxDPS, multiple rewards will be paid out.
