Deputies then saw narcotics inside the car and tried to put one of the suspects in handcuffs who then fled on foot. Deputies chased the suspect and tried to tase the suspect twice, but both times were unsuccessful due to the suspect's thick clothing, says FCSO.

The driver was arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful carry of a weapon. The passenger who fled on foot was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest and resisting arrest.
