University of Texas Police investigating campus robbery

AUSTIN, Texas - University of Texas Police are searching for three robbery suspects.

According to UPTD, a student was robbed in front of Carothers Residence Hall at 3:15 Wednesday morning.

The student told police one person got his attention while another ripped off his shorts.

Investigators said a third person hit him in the head with a gun.

UTPD described the suspects as three Hispanic men who left in a white truck.
