Heartland Conference honors for St. Edward's

AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - It's been a dream season for the St. Edward's University men's basketball team and the team is being rewarded for it.

Andre Cook was named conference Coach of the Year for leading the Toppers to a 25-3 record.

Two players also received honors with one getting two!

August Haas was named co-Defensive Player of the Year while Ashton Spears was named both Newcomer of the Year and Player of the Year.
