NFL to debut new "Rivalries" uniforms for these 8 teams in 2025

Rivalries make sports great, and throughout NFL history, there’s been a lineage of teams that don’t get along and relish the opportunity to beat the other. 

With the NFL season kicking off in a little over a week, the league is teaming up with Nike to release new "Rivalries" uniforms this season.

These unique uniforms will celebrate the storied and local traditions of teams, while uniting fan bases with special designs to select cities and teams.

According to a Nike release, the first group of NFL Rivalries teams, from the AFC East and NFC West, will debut their new "Rivalries" uniforms during a single upcoming home game against a division rival. 

 The designs are inspired by the legacies of each team, displaying the city’s pride while giving players and fans an opportunity to connect in a new way.

When are the 2025 NFL rivalry games?

There are eight rivalry games on the NFL schedule starting in late September and running through mid-December. 

• Arizona Cardinals: September 25 vs. Seattle Seahawks
• Buffalo Bills: October 5 vs. New England Patriots
• Los Angeles Rams: November 16 vs. Seattle Seahawks
• Miami Dolphins: September 29 vs. New York Jets
• New England Patriots: November 13 vs. New York Jets
• New York Jets: December 7 vs. Miami Dolphins
• San Francisco 49ers: January 4, 2026 vs. Seattle Seahawks
• Seattle Seahawks: December 18 vs. Los Angeles Rams

 After the Rivalry uniforms debut, Nike noted that they would be included in that team’s uniform lineup for three years, in addition to that squad's current alternate uniforms. Additional Rivalries uniforms will debut during the 2026, 2027 and 2028 seasons.
