A former Baylor University assistant athletic director is dropping his lawsuit against the school and several regents and will pursue his claims in arbitration, his lawyer indicated Thursday.

She's made a miraculous recovery and former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal wants to make sure she continues that progress.  5-year old Syrai Sanders returned home earlier this week after spending two months recovering from a dog attack.  She and her classmate 6-year old Logan Braatz were attacked while walking to the bus stop.  Little Logan died and Syrai was seriously injured.
