Cooking with FOX 7: Brat Haus Mustard Potato Salad

Brat Haus Mustard Potato Salad
 
2 lb red potatoes, washed & cut into quarters
1 cup Fischer & Weiser Fredericksburg Brat Haus Beer Mustard Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup fine diced red onion
1/2 cup fine diced celery
1- 1 1/2 cups chopped or crumbled bacon
1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub
 
* Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with water, add salt if desired.  Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium.
Once potatoes are fork tender, drain and place in a large bowl.
* In the meantime, place mayonnaise and mustard sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well.  Add in onion, celery, bacon, and House rub; mix everything together.
* Pour half sauce mixture over potatoes and fold in.  Once first half is mixed in, add second half and fold in until everything is mixed well.
Stir gently so the potatoes don't break apart too much.
* Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
