Cooking with FOX 7: Hatch Harissa Shrimp Poboys

Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a quick and easy recipe.

The recipe is as follows:


1 1/2 lb shrimp
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Ranchero seasoning
1 jar Texas Brew Hatch Harissa
4 sub rolls
coleslaw mix, minus the dressing
Mexican Table Cream
Humble House Guajillo and Red Jalapeno Sauce

* Season shrimp with Adams seasoning.
* Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add in a little olive oil and allow to heat. Add shrimp into pan and cook for about 2 minutes per side. Once shrimp begin to curl and are almost finished cooking, add in Hatch Harissa. Let cook about a minute and turn off heat.
* Slice open rolls, keeping them connected at the bottom. Spoon in shrimp with sauce, then top of with coleslaw mix, table cream, and hot sauce.
