The recipe for Emily's ultimate comfort food casserole is as follows:
1 32oz bag Hill Country Fair Potato Puffs
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 lb bacon, cooked & chopped
2 cups Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 cup Roberts Reserve Jalapeno dip
16 oz sour cream
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl combine sour cream, cheese, and Jalapeno Dip. Mix well. Add in chicken bacon and potato puffs and mix until everything is well incorporated.
Pour into a 9x13 prepared baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
