SFC's Farm-to-Plate event to feature The Bonneville

Chef Jennifer Costello and Chef Chris Hurley are guest chefs at Sustainable Food Center's Farm to Plate event on May 9th at Barr Mansion.

They demonstrate Crispy Pork Rillettes with Spiced Pear Mostarda, featuring pork from Peach Creek Farms, and talk about their restaurant and participation in SFC's Farm to Plate.
