A look at Cookie's Empire with the show's star Taraji P. Henson

Last week's broadcast of Empire drew more than 13 million viewers making it the first show to grow its audience every single week since Nielsen started tracking.

But some fans might argue there is no top-rated drama without Cookie, the fictional matriarch of the family-run entertainment business.

FOX's Simone Boyce talked with star Taraji P. Henson about the show's success.
