AFD & APD Chiefs participate in Operation Blue Santa shopping spree

AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - Austin Police Department Chief Brian Manley and Austin Fire Department Chief Joel Baker teamed up for an annual shopping spree to benefit Operation Blue Santa.

RetailMeNot once again challenged the two department chiefs to a spree at the Costco on William Cannon Drive to collect up to $10,000 in merchandise.

All of the items collected will help benefit Operation Blue Santa which helps provide gifts and meals to Central Texas families in need.
