Austin police are investigating the city's 22nd homicide on May 1
AUSTIN, Texas - Police are investigating a homicide near Riverside.
What we know:
Austin police said on May 1, around 6:59 p.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of E Riverside Drive in reference to a shoot/stab hot shot call.
When officers arrived, they found a Hispanic man with apparent trauma to his body. He later died from his injuries.
Police said a person of interest is cooperating with police.
