Austin man hits woman in motorized wheelchair, stops to toss jello shots under dumpster

A man is wanted for hitting a woman in a motorized wheelchair before stopping to throw out "Jell-o shots" under a nearby dumpster and fleeing the scene.

According to an affidavit obtained by FOX 7 Austin, on Septemeber 13, 2019 a man was driving his pickup truck in a parking lot at 825 E. Rundberg Lane. The driver stopped to allow a woman in a motorized wheelchair and her husband to cross a road before he suddenly accelerated into the left side of the victim's motorized wheelchair. The impact knocked the wheelchair over and the victim sustained a contusion on her left leg.

The driver then drove away from the scene, where a witness saw him stop to throw a bag of "Jell-O shots" underneath a nearby dumpster.

A police investigation lead police to identify the driver of the truck as Eric Eugene Fisher. He is wanted for the 3rd Degree Felony to "Fail To Stop and Render Aid."
