Badly decomposed human remains identified
AUSTIN, Texas - Austin Police have identified the human remains discovered near the bike trails by Johnny Morris Road and Daffan Lane to belong to 68-year-old Robert “Bobby” Sepeda.

The rest of Sepeda's body was found off of Old Manor Road on Aug.2. by a police cadaver dog.

Homicide detectives are working closely with the Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
