Chris Stapleton reschedules upcoming shows amid coronavirus outbreak
AUSTIN, Texas - Chris Stapleton has made an announcement that he is rescheduling four of his upcoming shows, including two Texas shows.
The announcement comes the same day as UT postponed all events at the Frank Erwin Center over coronavirus concerns, including Stapleton's show which was scheduled for tonight, March 12.
UT Austin extends spring break, plans to switch classes to online
Classes will resume on campus on Monday, March 30, and students should plan on returning prior to that date, according to the University of Texas at Austin.
"The health & well-being of our families & communities is our number one priority," Stapleton wrote in the announcement.
"We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this will undoubtedly cause. Please know these decisions are not made lightly and we are working diligently to doing new dates for these shows & will announce that information as soon as it becomes available to us," Stapleton wrote.
