City of Austin announces new Chief Animal Services Officer

AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - The City of Austin has announced the new Chief Animal Services Officer.

Don Bland is currently the Executive Director of the Humane Society of Central Society which is a position he's held since 2012.
