Cooking with FOX 7: Cheddar Hollandaise Holiday Mac and Cheese

Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a new holiday twist on an old classic.

The recipe is as follows:

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 Tsp Adams Reserve House Rub
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups H-E-B Shredded Sharp Cheddar, thick shred 
3 cups Central Market Gragnano Trecce pasta, cooked & drained
8 oz Oti di Calabria Hollandaise sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°.  

In a saucepan, gently warm and whisk together broth, House Rub, and cream cheese together until thoroughly mixed.

Take pan off heat and add in cheese, cooked pasta, and Hollandaise sauce. Gently stir and combine.

Pour into a prepared 9x13 baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
