Deep-fried cannolis debut at RodeoHouston carnival

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - FOX 26 News has your exclusive preview of the new carnival foods available at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. For the eighth consecutive year, Dominic Palmieri (The Midway Gourmet) introduces some of the indulgent treats with help from FOX 26 food segment contributor Cleverley Stone. 

Palmieri shows off the newest battered fun food, the deep-fried cannoli. Other treats likely to get your attention at the RodeoHouston carnival is the Flamin' Hot Cheetos cotton candy and flavored whipped cream frozen with nitrogen.
