Drowning victim in Lake Pflugerville identified
PFLUGERVILLE, Texas - The body of a missing swimmer found in Lake Pflugerville May 17, 2018 has been identified as 23-year-old Cesar Rafael Peña Villastrigo.
Villastrigo was found around 4 p.m. on Thursday after the Pflugerville Police Department received a call about a swimmer in distress on Wednesday, May 16. The Travis County Sheriff''s Office's dive team assisted with recovery efforts.
According to Pflugerville police, the death is not considered suspicious.
