Dry Creek neighborhood devastated by flood waters
FOX 7's Elizabeth Saab was on the scene where a man and woman went missing. The man was found alive, but the woman is still missing.
The Travis County Sheriff's Office conducted evacuations in the Del Valle area and is conducting rescue operations with the Austin Fire Department and other agencies on scene.
In addition, the County is coordinating with the City to shelter displaced residents and will move into the phases of re‐entry and debris removal when the weather allows around 9am.
