FOUND: Missing elderly man found

85-year-old Howard Cowan has been located, according to the Austin Police Department. 

APD was searching for Cowan who had last been seen in the 2300 block of Guadalupe St. around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police described Cowan as a white male, 140 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He is about 5'11.'' He had last been seen wearing a green and tan button down shirt with blue jeans and gray house shoes. 

Police say he has medical conditions, which created concern for his welfare.
