Monday morning, the Supreme Court took big action on abortion. Justices struck down Texas' controversial restrictions declaring they pose an unconstitutional burden on women seeking to end their pregnancies.
By a 5 to 3 vote, they said Texas lawmakers went too far by imposing unnecessary regulations that forced most of the state's abortion clinics to go out of business.
