FOX 7 Discussion:Democratic and Republican Primary Runoffs

AUSTIN, Texas - Election day is underway,  voters will cast their ballots in the runoffs from the March primaries. 

Early voting turnout statewide and in Travis County hovers around 3-to-3-and a half percent.
