Injured police K-9 now back home recovering
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas - A police dog that was hit by a bullet is back home with his handler and recovering.
The North Richland Hills Police Department shared an updated photo of the K-9 named Koba.
He was shot last week after being caught in the crossfire between police and a suspect.
Police said Koba’s protective vest likely saved his life.
