Man arrested for pouring urine on neighbor's car
THOUSAND OAKS, CA (FOX 11) - On August 22, Police were called to the 2800 block of Amber Wood Place in Thousand Oaks by an elderly man who said his car was vandalized by his neighbor.
The victim, 72 year old Joseph Blum showed officers video he had recorded with his Ring security camera.
In the video obtained by FOX 11, you can see a man pouring a large amount of dark liquid onto Blum's white sport utility vehicle.
Blum identified the suspect as his neighbor, 55 year old James Eddy Pierson.
Police detectives obtained a search warrant to enter Pierson's home and found evidence linking him to the vandalism and evidence of methamphetamine use according to a news release.
Pierson was booked into the Ventura County Jail and faces several felony charges including elder abuse and vandalism. His bail is set for $25,000.
