Mega Millions surges to $714 million ahead of Tuesday drawing

Lottery players will have a chance to win the new Mega Millions jackpot which has spiked to $714 million after no ticket matched all six numbers in the last drawing on Oct. 24. 

If there is a lucky winner for the upcoming drawing on Tuesday, it would be the second-largest Mega Millions jackpot ever won in the month of October, according to the Mega Millions website.
