Newborn baby found in dumpster in North Austin

A newborn baby has been found in a dumpster in North Austin. Officials say the baby was found just before 7 a.m. in the 9600 block of Middle Fiskville Road.

EMS says the baby is a female and is in critical condition at Dell Children's Medical Hospital.
