One dead, three others injured in accident near Argyle

ARGYLE, Texas - In Argyle, Texas a construction worker was killed, and three others hurt in an accident near a school.

Investigators says the steel frame of an under-construction activities center collapsed this morning outside of Argyle High School about an hour before classes began.

The Superintendent of the Argyle Independent School District says no students, parents, or employees were in danger.

Crews were working on an indoor activities center for the school in argyle, about 20 miles north of fort worth.

Authorities are trying to determine what caused the collapse.

Classes went on as scheduled.
