Person rescued after getting stuck on crane in Downtown Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - Austin-Travis County EMS and the Austin Fire Department made a crane rescue in Downtown Austin earlier this morning.

The rescue happened at a construction site in the 700 block of East 3rd Street.

At around 8:18 a.m., ATCEMS tweeted that rescuers had made contact with the person and helped the person climb down the crane ladder.
