San Antonio Police issue Silver Alert for missing 84-year-old woman
SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The San Antonio Police Department are searching for an elderly woman with health issues who went missing Monday morning.
Police issued a Silver Alert for 84-year-old Simona Pineda who police said was last seen around 10 a.m. in the 5000 block of Liberty Bell in San Antonio.
According to police, Pineda struggles with memory loss and believe this could pose a threat to her health and safety.
Police describe her as being a white female, having gray hair, brown eyes and weighting around 220 pounds. She uses a blue walker with seat for assistance and is blind in the right eye. She was last wearing a purple top and skirt police said.
