UPDATE: Flash Flood Warning for the I-35 corridor through 6:45 a.m. Wednesday. This includes Williamson, Travis, and Hays Counties.

Spring thunderstorms are brewing out west Tuesday afternoon as a potent low pressure system draws near.

Plenty of moisture is available for the system to work with and most of the Austin area is under a "Slight Risk" of seeing some severe storms overnight and into Wednesday.

Widespread flooding is not very likely as the ground is extremely dry, however a few isolated flood prone areas may see some high water.

We will be on the lookout for some moderate to large hail with these storms, as well as some strong 60+ MPH winds.
