The suspect in a home burglary and possible sexual assault in Cedar Park remains on the loose.

Cedar park police say a man broke into a home on Buttercup Creek Boulevard just after 5:30 Thursday morning.

The resident who was home at the time was sexually assaulted.

Police are describing the suspect as a man in his early twenties with dark skin, around 5’7” inches, with a small to medium build.

He was last seen wearing a sleeveless blue shirt, gray basketball shorts and a do-rag on his head.
