Vehicle crashes into house in SE Austin

A man has been hospitalized after two crashes in different locations in southeast Austin.

The first happened on Ponciana near Conestoga Trail. There a Ford pick up truck hit a parked car which resulted in the parked car going into a home.

A few minutes later the pick up truck ran into a second house in the 4500 block of East Stassney near Nuckols Crossing.

The driver of the truck is a man in his 30s. He was taken to a hospital with serious possibly life threatening injuries.

No word yet on whether any charges will be filed.
