Williamson County Sheriff issues warning about police impersonator in Liberty Hill

LIBERTY HILL, Texas - Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody has issued a warning about a police impersonator in the Liberty Hill area.

Sheriff Chody tweeted that a blue colored SUV with red and green overhead lights has been attempting to stop vehicles. He says that the Williamson County Sheriff's Office has received three different calls for service in a 30 minute time period on the vehicle.

Sheriff Chody says that if in doubt of a stop you should:

Activate flashers
Pull over when safe
Call 911
