A Kansas City Chiefs player wants roughing-the-passer penalties reviewed after he got a flag for a tackle on Las Vegas Raiders quarterback David Carr. On Sunday, a referee made a questionable roughing call on QB Tom Brady that helped Tampa clinch a win over Atlanta.
