Refuge Ranch opens for victims in Austin

The Refuge for DMST™ (Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking) is completing construction of The Refuge Ranch, which will provide long-term, holistic care in a pastoral and peaceful setting for girls, minors through age 19, who have been rescued out of sex trafficking. To learn more, click here.
