APD: Man stole masonry tools from Southeast Austin store

AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Police Department is asking the public's help in locating a Capital Area Crime Stoppers fugitive.

Kevin Gray Swallow, 49, is facing theft charges after Austin police say he stole approximately $128 worth of masonry tools on Sept. 3 from a Southeast Austin store.
