ATCEMS: Man transported with serious injuries after gunshot wound call in Southwest Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - A man has been transported to the hospital after a reported gunshot wound incident in Southwest Austin.

EMS, fire and police responded to the incident in the 7800 block of Wynne Lane just before 7:30 p.m. with initial reports of one patient with an unknown extent of injuries.

EMS then reported the patient, an adult man, was being transported by medics to a local trauma center with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. 

No other information was available.
